Rose Bernard is an intelligence professional with over 15 years experience across the public and private sector looking at narcotics, organised crime, and technology. She specialises in cyber threat intelligence, and currently leads global cybercriminal operations for an international non-governmental organisation. Her research focuses on the intersection of technology and health, and how technology is changing social attitudes towards health security. She has previous examined in depth the use of government applications to track the spread of infectious disease, the use of intelligence tactics in epidemics and pandemics, and the spread of disinformation during a health event.
