Dr. Conor Seyle is the Chief Operating Officer of PAX sapiens, an international foundation established by the philanthropists Marcel Arsenault and Cynda Collins Arsenault, with four offices in three countries. PAX sapiens’ mission is to build better governance systems to prevent predictable catastrophic risk. The foundation promotes research and systems development that help improve collective decision making around global risks including a pandemic prevention program founded in 2021.
Dr. Seyle has published over 50 publications in peer-reviewed and sector publications. Focusing extensively on issues of global governance, with a particular focus on how complex multistakeholder networks can be developed to address systemic issues and the role of individual biases and cognitive pressures on decision making. He brings this research focus to bear in designing impact-driven programs at PAX sapiens.
